First Chemical was acquired through a sole proprietorship, possessing technology, distribution channels, Japanese automakers, and Tier 1 customers. After the acquisition, through strengthened management, organizational restructuring, and business reorganization, it successfully turned losses into profits and was successfully listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in May 2021.
