Huicheng is a startup developing the AIoT (Analog Internet of Things) medical internet of things, formed by a collaboration between the former core team of Advantech and Chang Gung Medical Group. Noritz Asia served as the lead investor in 2017, bringing in co-investors from the Financial Supervisory Commission's "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund" during the company's founding phase. Noritz Asia also serves on the board, helping the company develop key operational growth strategies and drive M&A initiatives. Since 2018, Noritz Asia has acquired companies in the medical, engineering, and software sectors, resulting in a threefold increase in the size of the team and an 8-10-fold increase in revenue over the past two years.
Noritz Asia and Chang Gung Medical Group have established a strategic partnership, with Noritz Asia bringing Taiwanese hospitals overseas, and Chang Gung Medical Group supporting expansion into southern markets such as Thailand and Vietnam, supporting Noritz Asia in exporting Taiwan's smart medical technology internationally.
